Katadyn Drip Ceradyn is a self-contained water filtering station for large amounts of water. Suitable for groups of 10 or more and for extremely dirty water.

Suspect water needs worry-free, hassel-free filtration and that is what you get from this freestanding Katadyn Drip Ceradyn product. No electricity, no pumping, no moving parts and no effort. No need for pumping or connection to a tap thanks to gravity, An output of approx. 4L/hr and the reservoir for filtered water can cope with kitchen water demand and offers a group-sized water solution. 

The Drip Ceradyn uses 3 silver-impregnated ceramic elements to clean out bacteria and protozoa. The micro-organisms cannot pass through the mini pores of the filter ceramic (0.2 microns) because of their size (greater than 0.2 microns = 0.0002 mm).

The capacity is up to 150,000L, depending on the water quality.

Unlike disposible filters, the ceramic can be cleaned many times - even in the field. Longer use and lower operating costs are the advantages.

Ideal for use in hunting, fishing, and mountain huts. The Drip filter is also used by international relief organizations as group equipment for preparing water.
